Money transfer giant MoneyGram revealed that 10 percent of money transfers between the United States of America and Mexico are settled through the Ripple solution, which is powered by the XRP currency.
Done Advertising During the Ripple Swell 2019 conference, Alex Holmes, CEO of MoneyGram, added that the company plans to expand the use of Ripple’s solutions to four more countries by the end of the year.
He added, “We are able to settle billions of dollars in seconds, thanks to Ripple’s technologies.”
It is worth noting that Ripple has committed to investing up to $50 million in MoneyGram, and the latter has agreed to use Ripple (XRP) in its remittances.

Noting that Ripple announced that more than 24 customers use Ripple’s solutions to settle international payments via Ripple (XRP), and that the total number of the company’s customers exceeded 300.
